    Every summer,the tourist office of Pays de Châteaugiron organizes heritage's workshops for childrens from 5 to 10 years old. These workshops permit to childrens to discover in a playful way the history, the architecture, the heritage...

    Childrens will discover the medieval town (town + castle),
    create a castle or a medieval costume and share around a nice afternoon snack in the court of the castle (or in the castle in case of bad weather).
    Workshops take place wednesday or friday afternoon from 2.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m in July and August.

    Price per child : from 1€ to 5 € according to the workshop.

    Workshop's theme: An afternoon in Middle Age, Draw me a dream, At the discovery of Pasdavy, Historical investigation in Châteaugiron, Come to create your costume.

     

     

    Novice detectives, come to investigate in Châteaugiron !


    Become a detective during an afternoon by leading your investigation to resolve two gloomy cases...
    During these one, you will discover the castle and the medieval town of Châteaugiron by an original and playful way.

    During your investigation and with the help of you detective's badge, you'll have to lead questioning, to pick up clues and to be careful to any tiny detail to resolve these two cases.

    If you success in the solving of your investigations, you will receive a certificate of "private detective of Châteaugiron" during an afternoon snack.

    An afternoon at the time of Middle Age


    Childrens, be many to live an unforgettable experience !
    Do you wish to become a knight or a princess during an afternoon ?
    So come to leap in the past in the castle of Châteaugiron !

    On this afternoon, you will whange your identity to become a knight, a princess, a rider or a lady's companion.
    You will discover also few plays of the toy librairy of the Middle Age.

    The afternoon will end with an afternoon snack that you'll cook yourself with the chef of the Auberge du Cheval blanc in Châteaugiron, Gildas GUENE, who will make you discover the secret of spices and customs of the table at the medieval age...

    At the discovery of Pasdavy...


    During this afternoon, come to discover the remarkable and natural spot of Pasdavy (Servon-sur-Vilaine) !
    Like a real scientist, you will first go off to explore the flora.
    You will learn to recognize different kinds of plants that you will be able to keep in your herbarium.

    Then you will discover during a walk an old mill.
    By listening the activity leader, you will learn his history and then, at the shadow of an old tree, you'll have to crate your own version of history of this place with the help of tools, which will you given.

    This afternoon "nature and heritage in Pasdavy" will end with an afternoon snack...
